食道有异物应该怎么办

　　食管是食物进入消化道的必由之路．然而进食时狼吞虎咽或大笑或高声说话等种种原因可将异物误吞人食管，吐出不能又无法吞下，卡在食管内而成为食管异物．
　　有资料统计证明，食管异物的80—90%是骨块．骨块中以鱼骨最多，占60%；其次为鸡骨、猪骨、鸭骨和鹅骨。除骨块外，异物以硬币最为常见，约占10%，小孩可高达30%左右．食道异物不论是尖锐的或是平滑的，都会使食管水肿和变窄，甚至引起穿破，因而有很大的危险性，应该马上取出．当在进食时或人发生吞咽时有不适感，流痛或有持续的异物感；小孩出现拒绝进食，流涎增加，吞咽时疼痛不适，呕吐等症状时均应引起注意，是否有异物进入食管？
　　一旦怀疑食管异物时，切忌用手去抠，避免吞咽动作或呕吐，以免异物刺向深部伤及大血管．最好是就近到医院检查处理，对有吞食异物的病者，可立即进行X线检查, 有条件时可作食道镜检．食管异物的诊断比较容易，确诊后可尽快将异物取出．
