　　脊柱、脊髓伤常见房屋倒塌、高处跌下、车祸等，造成闭合性脊椎压缩性骨折、骨折脱位、脊髓伤，甚至发生不同部位的截瘫。火器性脊柱、脊髓伤常合并胸、腹及盆腔脏器伤，损伤严重，休克发生率高。同时，伤口一旦污染，会发生化脓性脑脊髓膜炎。脑膜外脓肿及骨髓炎等严重并发症。

　　急救方法

　　1、若有伤口，应紧急包扎，并不宜轻易翻动伤员，有脑脊液漏要加厚包扎。

　　2、对呼吸困难和昏迷者，要及时清理口腔分泌物，保持呼吸道通畅。

　　3、急救搬运过程中，必须注意保持伤员头颈部和躯干的伸直位，决不可使脊柱屈曲和扭转。尤其是颈椎伤，更应小心搬运，并加以固定。不可抬起头部、躯干或坐起。搬运工具最好用平板担架或门板。

　　4、有伤口或可能发生感染时，应合理应用抗生素。同时，预防和治疗其他部位伤，防止尿路感染及呼吸道并发症。

　　5、高位截瘫者，必要时应早期进行气管切开；途中较长时间搬运，应取出伤员衣袋中硬物等，以防压迫发生褥疮。

　　6、立即送医院救治。
