　　用法及用量：1.氨喋呤等过量；立即肌注３～６ｍｇ。如氯喋呤服用已超过４小时，用本品无效。2.巨幼红细胞性贫血：每日１０ｍｇ，１０～１５日后疗效满意，可减至每日５ｍｇ，直至血象正常、症状消失。3.白细胞减少症：每次３～６ｍｇ，每日１次。
