　　火盆砂锅宴是以一个主锅为主，配有四个小砂锅，主锅以三色豆腐为主(白豆腐、黑豆腐、绿豆腐)，同时配有炸豆泡、五花熏肉片，在品尝的过程中随时可以放入各种清菜。主锅的汤是经多种营养配料熬制而成，对人具有强身健体的保养功能。4个砂锅为两荤两素，分别配有8-12个小凉菜，主食为粥、汤以及各种小吃，不含酒水一桌为每人20元，(根据人多少增减菜量，最低限6位)。如果游客有特殊要求，可以再商议。
