“《温故1942》才是我心里真正想拍的，如果能拍《温故1942》，我愿意不当导演。”这句话，是冯小刚导演四年前说的。此后，这部改编自刘震云同名小说的影片，由于触及历史敏感话题和政治伤口，剧本多次送审均胎死腹中。昨日下午，在作家电影《我叫刘跃进》的关机发布会上，编剧刘震云透露说，《温故1942》已重新开始筹备，目前剧本在进一步完善中，如果顺利过审，冯小刚导演将于明年开拍。
《温故1942》讲述的是当年河南平原上大饥荒时期发生的故事，3000万饥寒交迫的河南灾民在国难家仇山河破碎的时候开始了流亡生涯，一路上饿死了300万人，被冯小刚称为“中华民族的心灵史、灾难史”。为了拍好这部电影，几年前冯小刚专门沿着昔日的流亡图进行实地采访，去了河南、陕西、重庆、山西，还去了开罗寻根问底，拍摄了十几个小时的纪录片。
据相关人士介绍，虽然先是原投资方哥伦比亚公司压缩资金、再遇审查问题未能落实拍摄，但冯小刚导演对此部作品依然魂牵梦萦，包括《夜宴》、《集结号》在内的几部戏，都是为《温故1942》作铺垫，先让国际市场的人了解冯小刚，拿出打动潜在投资者的证明。跟几年前同时准备《夜宴》和《温故1942》一样，华谊公司前阵宣布冯小刚筹拍《贵族》，很可能还是为剧本依然无法过审准备退路。
