</div>北京警方昨天发布的经济犯罪防范提示每月播报表示，以调换信用卡手段实施诈骗类案件有所上升。为提示市民，警方同时揭露了调换信用卡团伙作案的惯用手段。[骗术网http://www.caihongtiantang.cn]

　　据介绍，此类犯罪一般为团伙作案，多为4至5人，作案区域主要在各商业银行的ＡＴＭ机附近。犯罪团伙确定作案对象后，由一个嫌疑人以在临近的ＡＴＭ机上操作为掩护，观察事主，并向附近的另一名嫌疑人作出暗示。事主提出现金并清点时，以向事主的脚边扔下几张百元钞票作为诱饵，在事主捡钱时，嫌疑人用事先准备好的假卡或废卡放在插卡口，将事主在ＡＴＭ机内的银行卡掉包，进行提款操作并修改密码，随即大肆进行刷卡消费或大额透支。
