-江西最大短信诈骗案一审宣判...江西最大短信炸骗案一审宣判首犯获刑13年冒充银行工作人员发送手机短信，谎称用户银行卡被盗用，诱使受害人将卡内资金转入“安全”账户，骗得现金60余万元。12日，南昌市中级人民法院对江西省迄今最大的短信炸骗案一审宣判，以炸骗罪判处犯罪集团首犯刘松宜有期徒刑13年，并处罚金10万元。 经法院审理查明，2004年5月，刘松宜来到福建厦门市加入台湾人组织的短信炸骗集团，在对台湾居民的炸骗活动中，掌握了利用短信进行炸骗的方法。 2005年8月至10月期间，以刘松宜为首的犯罪集团先后向南昌、上海、无锡、南京、苏州等地市民发送手机短信，冒充银行工作人员谎称用户在商场购物刷卡消费，留下查询电话设下圈套。当受害人打电话查询时，则谎称受害人身份资料或银行卡被盗用、泄密，随后以帮助市民加密为借口，诱使受害人将银行卡内资金转入其提供的“安全”账户内。自2005年9月5日至2006年1月10日，先后骗得陈某等12人现金60余万元人民币。 法院经审理后认为，刘松宜、黄议德、徐逸中等11人已构成炸骗罪，其中刘松宜系犯罪集团首犯，遂作出如上判决。黄议德等10名被告人则分别被判处有期徒刑1年半至11年。
